Why Willsenton?
Willsenton uses a fixed bias adjustment method that is simpler, more scientific, user-friendly, and humane, extensively catering to the HIFI Geek's attitude towards scientific rigor and precision. Automatic bias, since the working point depends on the internal capacitor balance value, tube and component aging will inevitably cause sound deviation, and the correct value of the vacuum tube will be unable to be harnessed. Fixed bias, however, allows for adjustment based on the vacuum tube's own curve values through manual mechanical tuning to achieve an accurate working point at all times, maintaining a balanced sound.
Willsenton employs pure hand-crafted scaffolding welding technology, a high-cost, high-skill-level process of point-to-point total scaffolding-style welding production. The junction points of components and copper branches are soldered, ensuring a reasonable and aesthetically pleasing layout with skilled welding craftsmanship. Enthusiasts of vacuum tube amplifiers know that true authenticity in vacuum tube amplifiers comes from scaffolding construction.
The audio transformers in Willsenton, a core component of vacuum tube amplifiers, are made using a high-precision, low-leakage magnetic multi-layer grouping crossover winding technique and are entirely handcrafted with imported EI silicon steel sheets using various mixed annealing technologies. These transformers feature excellent comprehensive frequency response and exceptionally low distortion.
Willsenton uses factory-customized vacuum tubes that produce excellent sound and operate stably.
